Physical Products (Magazines & Merchandise)

• Products are offered subject to availability and while stocks last.

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Due to high demand, some orders may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.

• If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns

• If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Digital Content

 

Digital content delivered via Substack (including subscriptions, audio, or written posts) is governed by Substack’s own terms and refund policies.
